Every staff member at this hotel was incredibly friendly, making my stay very welcoming. The room was impressively spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable retreat. While the shower area could use some improvement, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Breakfast was decent but not quite worth the 25 euros. The hotel is in a peaceful area, away from the tourist crowds, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely return!
One of the coolest hotels I have stayed in a while, great art collection. The rooms are spacious and tasteful, the service is fantastic, every single staff member has been friendly and has gone above any request. This is close to the underground stop, making everything within easy reach. Breakfast was great, with many options. One of my favorite boutique hotels in Milan.
Extremely Disappointing Experience at a So-Called "Five-Star" Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel in Milan that claimed to be a five-star establishment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The building itself is old and dark, which immediately shattered expectations set by its advertised luxury status. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor from the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures were not only outdated but also poorly maintained. The shower had significant water drainage issues, which made for an unpleasant and inconvenient experience. Additionally, the toilets looked scrapped and unclean, detracting even further from the room's supposed luxury. The walls in the room were also in poor condition, with visible scrapes and marks that indicated a lack of care and maintenance. The overall ambiance was gloomy and far from the bright, polished experience one expects from a high-end hotel. Staff service was decent, but it didn't compensate for the hotel’s numerous shortcomings. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a genuine five-star experience in Milan. There are certainly better options available in the city that offer true luxury and comfort.
