clean suite that met our needs for a couple nights stay, friendly owner & great location for town
Patrizia the owner rented me the 3rd floor apt with a lease on Jan 14, 2022 to May 14th, 2022. While I was back in the US in April, she put all of my things in bags and put them by the front door, instructing the realtor who helped me to pick them up because she wanted my apt for her son! I was paid up in my rent while gone, but she refuses to return my 600e deposit. She will not even give it to the realtor! BEWARE of renting anything from this place. I had to post this because she will not return my deposit.
Dirty room, spider webs and dust. Also, the furniture is old and has a lot of scratches and spots. The pictures are very misleading, would never check in here again!
