Palazzo del Poeta

A really beautiful place that, above all, radiates a calm, peaceful, almost poetic feeling as soon as you walk in. Rosa, the owner, has done an incredible job of renovating the place, and it is clearly a labor of love for her. Our room was very spacious--really much more of a suite than simply a room. Great location right in the heart of Palermo with an easy walk to restaurants, the City Wall, the outdoor fish market, and pretty much everything else. It was so nice to walk into the Palazzo del Poeta and immediately feel the peaceful vibe. Beautiful breakfast room and a great breakfast. Really nice, helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel with many different rooms to explore and to enjoy a drink in. The hotel had many hidden rooms that took a few days to discover. Do check out the rooftop terrace! Breakfast included was delicious with great variety - coffee and snacks all day. Rooms were clean and maintained. The staff were attentive to our needs. Do not hesitate to ask questions and ask for restaurant recommendations! Location: quick access to buses. Close to mini markets. In summary, this hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Palermo. The hotel is beautiful including artwork and vibe. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Area for improvement: missing a mini-refrigerator in the rooms to keep beverages cold during hot summer months.
