Nice view from hotel to the beach. Nice beach but that is all, all other is negative. There are three hotels in the resort but jut one is open. Hotel is very old and served by just a few people, less than 10 crew. No room cleaning, just one WC room outside with terrible hygiene, at night one open pool bar served by one waiter for all the hotel resort. "Restaurant" is located in hotel lobby, food is the same for all days even for launch and dinner, no greece cusine at all. There are two waiters in entire restaurant. Because of lack of space, food is replanish when there is none. No beach bar and WC. You have to go 7 floor downstairs to the beach and 7 floor upstair to the hotel resort but I was aware of it in advace. But no working lift which was there. Crew was polite and hospital. Only 4 travel agency send people there, two from Czech republic, 1 from Slovakia and 1 from Poland. This holiday was fail from Exim and Fischer Czech travel agency.

This is worst hotel I have ever been in! Food has no taste. Lack of personal here, most of them don’t speak even English, waiting 30 minutes for food and when you are finally with plate, there is no food to take. In “restaurant” is no AC, so you are sweating a lot! No one change towels and garbages either. It looks more like full board than all inclusive for the price category this is so poor quality. And this is 4 stars? I don’t think so. Also not hot water in shower after 5 pm? I do not recommend buying a tour or accommodation in this hotel, you will only be disappointed. It will be better to rent a house and go on your own.

I will start with the positives. The hotels are in a beautiful location, very close to the sea and a lovely shallow sandy beach. The pools are ok, though there aren't many sun beds at the Palazzo, so it's get your towels down early or lose out. The bar staff are really friendly and they are generous with the all-inclusive measures! However, the staff in the restaurant are unfriendly, which we've never experienced before - I tried smiling at one of the waiters once, but I just got a cold stare back. The food is mediocre at best, horrible at worst, and we ended up going out a lot to eat, which isn't good, having already paid for all-inclusive. The decor is tired and out-dated and we had to call the plumber out 3 times to fix the toilet and the shower. The room-cleaning is minimal. The hotels are kind of in the middle of nowhere, which makes it hard to escape. You can catch a bus quite cheaply to Argassi and Zante, but they don't run very often, which means a 20 Euro taxi ride every day. What with having to eat out and transport, we've spent a lot more money than usual. I wouldn't recommend the Palazzo to anyone, which is a shame, as it has loads of potential. VERY disappointed.
