This is one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s pretty luxurious but this is not reflected on the price. The staff are very friendly and genuine. The room was like a medium size apartment, with very nice and comfortable furniture and modern bath/toilet facilities. As a building, it’s like a palace. Very tall ceilings, spacious facilities and literally steps away from the landmark Diego Maradona stadium. The staff are fantastic, professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
the hotel is located next to diego maradona stadium, the room is big, the bathroom shower bracket is broken, so we have to hold the shower when taking a shower, the room is not very clean. the breakfast at this hotel lacks variety and the taste is ordinary for a 4 star hotel. the hotel is bright and the design is a bit old.
Oh man did we get catfished- We'll start with the worst- the shower doors don't seal, so unless you aim the shower head at the wall (effectively not really showering), you flood not just the bathroom but the rest of the room. Not great for long hair. The rooms don't get any cooler than 82 degrees Fahrenheit- we called the front desk because it was SO hot in the room and they couldn't do anything. This is so far from what I'd expect for a 4 star hotel. The floors are dirty, the lock handle kept falling off of our door, and the front desk told us there's a fixed price taxi to the port area for 17 euro, however when we got out of the taxi he demanded that it was the meter cost. When we got back to the hotel, a different front desk person said the only fixed cost was the airport. It might be feeling worse because it's the first night of our honeymoon, but we absolutely would never stay here again and do not recommend this experience.
