Very friendly staff and the front desk. Hotel is nice and the cleaning staff did a good job. Carlo was amazing and helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He is very nice and very helpful. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The view on the terrace is amazing. Perfect for watching the sunrise.

This is our second trip to the Amalfi Coast and we've stayed at this hotel each time. Atrani is less crowded, but just as beautiful and the view from our room is ALWAYS superb. Carlo is fantastic. He helped us get our bags to our room and find a few places to eat. The breakfast is a full breakfast with warm choices, like scrambled eggs and meats. The women who created and provided breakfast were so gracious and sweet! The air conditioner works perfect. The bed is a little hard for my taste and my husband pointed out it's 2 twins pushed together so he ended up in the crack. The sauna and spa services area is beautiful and feels like you're being truly pampered. We arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, but it was pricier than other options; however, our driver was professional, courteous and pulled over at several places to take pictures along the way.

Simply a spectacular spot. Ride from the beginning of your stay, you get treated by one of the finest gentlemen in Italy: Carlo who treats you with so much love and care. All the staff is so nice And welcoming and look to answer any questions that you have. The room was extremely clean, everywhere towels, pillows, blankets everything clean, and smelling so good. The hotel is steps away from Amalfi, but offers a very quiet vibe. Very authentic Italian experience. And the view from our hotel is something else.
