Palazzo Gallo is an absolute gem located in a superb location in Gallipoli . In today’s age where customer service is far and few between along comes Filippo who warmed our hearts immediately. He was a true gentleman carrying out luggage to our room and making sure we arrived ok . Breakfast is very good and the charm of this Hotel will surpass your expectations. We even bought fresh fruit from a truck that stopped near the Palazzo . We will return .
This hotel is a little jewel. The building is an old Palazzo and is decorated in old style. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. Mattia is a superb host, enthusiastic about his hotel and his town. He is really helpful and wants you to get the very best from your visit. Recommended.
Great location, the manager was very friendly and helped us with all requests. You could see and feel that the guests are really important to him. The breakfast was delicious and the clean-service did always a good job. We would come again. Thank you !
