My girlfriend and I spent two nights here in the terrace room! Very clean, exceptional service, and wonderful location. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for comfort!
First I want to recommend taking the 5.2 water taxi from the St Lucia train station to Trezza stop-Grand Canal. Turn left from taxi - walk to side canal- you can only go right - then walk about 300ft to a very narrow passageway - wooden doors- use buzzer. Slowest elevator in world! Great restaurants/gelatos near hotel and Academia piazza/Bridge, Gran Canal
