It was just perfect! We came by at 6pm, without a place to stay because of booking.com scam. The people there did everything they could to make us feel welcome immediately and 5 minutes later we were no monter homeless. We ended up extensed our stay twice. The breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you very much!
It is a lovely boutique hotel in the center of Monopoli. We stayed one night in March and I can state that the staff was very helpful and friendly, ready to offer the best rate and experience. Tasty breakfast and comfortable rooms. A good option if planning to visit the Puglia region.
Lets start with what I liked the hotel - it is modern and it is situated in a nice square, gives very Italian vibe with the water fountain. The receptionists were the best - very friendly and very responsive. The things I did not like - the first one is the window frame - every conversation that occurs on the Plaza is like it is in your room. The second thing was the breakfast - we only visited once in several days, because the ladies were very unfriendly, got angry when we sat on a table, which according to them was not for breakfast and the breakfast itself was very poor. The last thing I did not like were all the aunts in the room - there was a chocolate fair close to the hotel, which we visited and bought chocolates for 100 euro, which during the night were attacked and when we woke up everything was covered in aunts.
