An Absolute Gem in the Heart of Venice My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Keller, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Tucked away in a quiet, charming corner of Venice, this hotel is both peaceful and perfectly located—just a short walk to all the key landmarks including Piazza San Marco and the Grand Canal. Despite its central location, it feels like a serene little hideaway, which made it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms are immaculate—clean, cool, spacious, and beautifully modern while still maintaining the charm of Venetian architecture. The attention to detail in both design and comfort is top-notch. What truly sets Palazzo Keller apart, though, is the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and a genuine desire to make our stay exceptional. Every request was met with a smile and a solution. If you’re planning a trip to Venice, I strongly recommend staying here. It’s a special place that adds something truly magical to your time in this unforgettable city

This was our favorite hotel in all of Italy! The staff is very friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. A safe is included in the room. The room also included shades for the windows. There wasn’t much noise from the outside even though the hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast in the morning was also great! They stored our bags for us on the day of checkout since we had extra time before our train left. We would absolutely love to stay here again and wish our stay was longer in Venice!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms and common areas are gorgeous and newly renovated. Breakfast was outstanding. A little bit of a walk to San Marco square but fine it no mobility issues. Fairly close to Rialto Bridge. Short walk from the water bus station. Would love to stay here again.
