Superb hotel. Madeleine in the breakfast restaurant is worthy of special mention. The service, courtesy and smile is warm and genuine from her. As are all of the hotel staff. Well appointed rooms and the hotel is central to all major attractions and designer stores. Will definitely be staying here again. Staff are first class !!!
Stayed here for one week and I can’t say one thing bad!! Amazing service and hospitality from all staff!! Location was perfect! Hotel was very clean and room was perfect size!! Very comfortable!! The special thank-you to Madeleine who was wonderful!! Her hospitality made us feel like we were home!! It was my birthday and she found out and made me a special birthday cake!! Just amazing!! I will most definitely come back to Palazzo Nainer without a doubt!! I would not even waste my time searching for any other location!! Thank you for making my trip to Rome the most memorable experience ever!!
Such an amazing hotel! Gorgeous rooms, beds were so comfortable. Staff was super professional and extremely attentive to our needs. Special thank you to Madeleine who not only was so attentive and sweet but she set up breakfast for us earlier since we had an early flight. The location is great too, within walking distance to all landmarks
