Simply superb; offering a beautiful selection each morning, served with care & genuine smiles. A perfect Roman start. Location is perfect walking is a great way to see and experience Rome to see attractions. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. And more importantly great staff…. Palazzo met my expectation, rooms as expected is small which is not unusual, it is the same all over Europe especially Bella Roma a historic city the capital of the world. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My first day at the hotel is fantastic from the wonderful receptionist, to Door man and to great room service waiter. This will be my spot whenever I visit Rome and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Great food.
