They have three different venue. I booked the one with the sea view but close the street and parking lot. The overall service is very nice and respond promptly. But during the night you can hear the wind and also the car noise on the street. Breakfast is also good, the house and also the decoration are charming, which give the joy of the trip as well. Although the night could be noisy, but I enjoyed the relax two days here and can spent the lazy afternoon in the room with the ocean view, that was remarkable.

This place is seriously underrated! It’s located in the core of old town in a historic building, where streets are very narrow, so yes, expect some noise from the street (remember, italians are proud and loud!) but in return you are steps away from a great public beach, best restaurants and all this cute little town has to offer. We went to their sister property - palazzo flora to check out the pool, and it’s beautiful! Arguably their common spaces are more beautiful than palazzo presto! I see reviews where people complain about being moved to flora and I am not sure why it’s a bad thing. You are literally 1 min away from presto and have a beautiful pool at your disposal. Breakfast is ala carte and it makes a lot of sense because both properties are small, they serve everything fresh, so there is no waste. Menu limits number of dishes you can order, but in reality they are not strict about it and will make sure you are fed and happy. Food was great. We were a family of 3 and first we were in a suite on the roof (it was beautiful). They have a bar on the same roof where they play music until midnight (by the way, it’s popular and it was packed the night we checked it out). It’s not terribly loud but it became an issue for my child on the first night and they quickly moved us to a different suite, which was an upgrade. Overall the staff is beyond helpful, kind and accommodating, I can’t thank them enough for making our stay so special. Also, Gallipoli is such a great place to be. It’s clean, authentic, all restaurants we ate at were beyond our expectations, prices are reasonable. We parked at public lot where you can pay for 2 days and later extend. Hotel can arrange for a golf car pick up from the lot, we ended us walking with our luggage and it’s about 5-6 min. We planned to explore, but ended up staying in Gallipoli most of our trip. You will not be disappointed.

Very cool boutique hotel where boutique hotels don’t normally exist. Helpful and engaged staff, and you can notice they are really building their presence in Gallipoli. Private and beautiful decor and setting. Will come here again.
