Such a beautiful hotel and the staff were more than accommodating, they were happy to help. From ironing my clothes for me, the delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, to the classy yet casual cellar restaurant. Fantastic. The servers Flo and Daniele were entertaining and very knowledgeable about the wines. Great people. Elena at the front desk was spunky, cute and aimed to please!
Returned this year and still amazing 😍 Stunning hotel. Beautifully restored. Amazing chapel used for weddings and receptions. Beautiful rooms. Excellent restaurant and last but not least, brilliant service from everyone. Grazie mille!
Stayed at this hotel as part of a 2 week bike touring Sept 2024 Bike was stolen from a secure room of the hotel early in the trip. I think a hotel employee may have been responsible for the theft as they would have access to the secure room. The hotel took absolutely no responsibility for the theft. It took over 4 months to be advised of this fact. I would advise extreme caution of your property if staying at this hotel.
