Palazzo Roma The Leading Hotels of the World

This is the second year we've been to this hotel and both times we've had the most pleasant stay. The location is great, close to everything. The rooms are very spacious and amazingly decorated. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is out of this world, great quality, fresh ingredients and a good variety. Margherita is the best at providing an exceptional service at the restaurant while being kind and professional. Ricardo, the front desk manager is also very professional, courteous but warm, always giving the best concierge advices along with Antonella, his assistant. Looking forward to our next stay!

Stayed here for 3 nights The hotel staff were very accommodating and polite, always doing a little extra which was very nice. They helped with tour bookings, restaurants and museum suggestions. Great attention to the details in everything, starting from location, design and ending with service! Would like to add that location of the hotel is on busy street, very near all the popular places, but even with the sounds from the streets, when you are inside the room - everything blocked out. Thanks a lot to the Palazzo Roma team to make our stay memorable!
