Palazzo Rosenthal Vesuview

The hotel is really nice and has most of what you need for a vacation. The front desk and service in general was top tier. They were super helpful and usually have someone who can speak English. They clean the rooms every morning. Complimentary breakfast too. Only thing I would NOT recommend eating at their restaurant (really expensive). There's a restaurant 5-10 minute walk. The walk is a little scary but it's very doable (just hug the sides and take your time as cars pass).

Outstanding service by from the staff to the mananger, Luciano. In our short visit, they have become like family, and welcomed us into their hotel as though it was our home. Their choices of meals were excellent, and even went above and beyond to satisfy my husband who does not like seafoods. The care that everyone showed us was so loving and friendly that it was very difficult to say goodbye. I will forever cherish this place for the genuine love of people, their generosity, and for its amazing beauty. Thank you from the bottom our hearts. God bless you all.

Spacious Rooms and Great Views, but Disappointing Breakfast We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the large, comfortable rooms and the beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to a generally positive first impression. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment throughout our stay. Although it’s advertised until 10:30, by 09:00 or 09:30 there was barely any food left, just a couple of pieces of bacon, crusty scrambled eggs, and croissants that had clearly been sitting out too long and had gone hard. Even as more guests arrived after us, nothing was replenished. Another issue was the parking situation. While the hotel offers parking, some guests parked carelessly, and one night the entrance was completely blocked, making it very frustrating to access. Overall, the hotel has potential with its cozy rooms, nice view and friendly staff, but the breakfast and parking situation need serious improvement.
