Hotel staff excellent and exceptionally helpful. Gave recommendations for local restaurants which were amazing. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, yes the room could be classed as basic but functional. At the end of the day it was a base and we were out for most of the day and evening. Breakfast as described, continental which was sufficient. Location of the hotel excellent for getting around to most points of interest and always felt safe walking back at night. Arrived early at the hotel and was no issue in checking us in early. Drinks from the bar reasonably priced considering it’s a city hotel.

Good hotel overlooking port, excellent buffet breakfast that sets you up for a day exploring Naples, good location for exploring, plenty of good we'll priced restaurants within walking distance.

I think the hotel is overpriced for what it is and tries to pass itself off as a 4-star. I didn’t like the location much. Later, I realised there are much nicer areas of the city. The surroundings had quite a bit of litter and busy roads. The hotel itself was okay — clean but a bit outdated. The room had blackout curtains but no sheer curtain for daytime privacy, which was weird as my room was facing other apartments. There were decorative bamboo sticks on the restaurant tables— felt like unnecessary clutter. Breakfast was average but good enough. People praising it in other reviews probably haven’t experienced better yet. The staff at reception were very friendly — shoutout to the girl with glasses, I didn’t catch her name, but she was always positive and helpful.
