Never before, in any other place, have we encountered such kindness and hospitality. Our stay at Palazzo Scotto, though short, was an absolutely unique and unforgettable experience for us. In addition to the beautiful, sophisticated and classy decor, we were delighted by the people who make this place what it is. Nowhere else have we experienced such professionalism; the competent, friendly team was always available to us, while remaining discreetly in the background, giving us a feeling of home comfort. We were also delighted by the cosy NOS Ristorante restaurant, serving insanely delicious dishes in an amazing atmosphere of live music performed by an extremely talented young musician and the singing of the manager of this facility, Valerio, making our stay a wonderful experience. A huge thank you to Valerio and his exceptional team: Mery, Mimo, Anna Rita, Federica, and Roberto, who create the unique atmosphere of this charming place. They made our hearts long for Palazzo Scotto and the outstanding NOS restaurant. I still don't understand why this place doesn't have five stars, because it certainly deserves it! A fantastic hotel in Alberobello. Lovely staff, an amazing room and we really enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
