My partner and I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment complex in Naples. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, blending modern comfort with charming local touches. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and it was fairly quiet in the evening as well. The location was perfect — close to public transportation, delicious local restaurants, and about a 45 minute walk to the waterfront which may seem long but for me and my partner it was nice as there was a lot to see on the way. I always felt safe in the neighbourhood, and the atmosphere was vibrant but peaceful. What really made the stay special was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations about the area. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel at home.

This rental was difficult as we found it lacking in some supplies which we had expected in an accommodation with a kitchen. It was also missing the washing machine as advertised. The staff were helpful offering a washing machine in another unit and supplied some dishwashing detergent when we asked. But unlike other accommodations with a kitchen there it was lacking a variety of basic items. We like to cook so we were disappointed . The advertised coffee machine turned out to be a moca pot which I like but it was filthy and needed complete disassembly and soaking to be useful for us. Another major issue was the squeaking bed frame and odd linens. There wasn’t a fitted sheet and the mattress pad was plastic coated so the sheet kept bunching up. When we were leaving we stripped the bed and discovered a stained mattress and pillows with the foam coming out the seams. Certainly all these items need replacement. On the positive side the apartment was large with many windows and was quite secure. The location was very good with lots of restaurants and easy access to the metro.

The place is in a very unsafe locality. The hotel hires minors at the reception who are mixed with local robbery gangs. They scout the belongings of the hotel patrons and there are high chances of getting robbed if you have expensive phones or sunglasses or watches. Stay here only if you are traveling light. Staff speak well but are really unhelpful. They are connected with local authorities so if there is any complaints against then, nothing gets through. Providing review based on my personal experience on 04.06.02023, where I was attacked by friends of the receptionist and my phone and watch was stolen.
