Palazzo Tirso Cagliari Mgallery

Stayed a few days as a family at Palazzo Tirso. It's in a fine building overlooking Cagliari port. Super friendly welcome, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and the best shower/bathrooms I think I can remember (occitance soap/shampoo a nice touch too) Breakfast was brilliant - generous buffet but eggs and coffee made to order. Rooftop mini-pool and bar were great for lounging with a view; we spent quite a lot of time up there. Overall, a top experience in a great place with lovely staff. Hope to be back...

My friends and I recently stayed at Palazzo Tirso Hotel (14 friends total/ 5 rooms) and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead of our needs. The staff communicated clearly and consistently, both before and during our stay. They responded quickly to every question we had (and we had a lot, considering our group size!) and made sure every detail was handled with care. It made planning so much less stressful and let us truly enjoy our trip. One highlight was how smoothly they helped us organize a private catamaran outing for our group. Coordinating something like that for a large party can be tricky, but the hotel made it feel effortless. They took care of everything—from timing and transportation to special last minute requests—and the day turned out to be a major highlight of our trip. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and every staff member we interacted with genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. In addition, the breakfast spread included with our stay was extensive and delicious; and sunset drinks on the rooftop were incredible. Highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for great service, smooth communication, and help coordinating activities that go above and beyond the standard experience.

Very nice hotel a short walk from the old city in Cagliari. Staff very friendly and helpful, and rooms very nicely appointed with beautiful mid century design features. Breakfast was excellent too, with coffee and eggs made to order. It was slightly disappointing that my platinum status with Accor wasn’t acknowledged at all, with no room upgrade offered (please don’t tell me you were fully booked - I checked the app, you were not), and not even a welcome note or gift/amenity in the room. However this issue didn’t detract from our stay and I would gladly stay here again.
