Great choice when in Naples. Clean room/nice updated hotel. Good breakfast although it was clear many guests did not choose to partake. Easy walk to both Spanish Quarter and to historic center. One big word of advice though not regarding the hotel. Be very careful of taxi drivers, literally every one of the ones we used tried to rip us off. I even asked the front desk how much it would cost for a taxi that they arranged for us to take us to Napoli Centrale train station. They said 16 euros, when the driver pulled up we confirmed and he said no it would be 20. Had to tell him I was told 16 by the hotel, when he dropped us off I gave him a 20 euro bill (all I had), he clearly did not want to give us change. He quickly gave me 3 euros then got back in the car and drove away. The drivers in Naples DO NOT want to take credit cards. If you pay by credit card they will definitely charge you more.

Our stay at this hotel was overall sufficient for the price we paid. The room met our basic needs—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were helpful and polite, which we really appreciated. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, as the variety was quite limited. Still, it’s a reasonable option if you’re looking for something budget-friendly.

The hotel is not bad, although rooms had many things broken to be repaired. But the WORST thing, by far, was the breakfast. Food was stored in unhealthy conditions, no fridge at all. Mozzarella was green and smelled horrible. There was orange juice but warm and they never refilled. Cheese was also stored in warm conditions and smelled unhealthy. The first time in my life I went to a 4-star hotel and could not even try breakfast. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel.
