Palazzo Venart Luxury Hotel

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The customer service was 10/10. The general manager greeted guests every morning and took great care of everyone. They arranged all our transportation (water taxis) each day which made it extremely easy to navigate the island. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a memorable time in Venice. It’s located in a quiet residential area, which is very nice. Highly recommend!

What a great hotel. Historic, great location, very clean and a 20 minute boat road from the airport. But above all was the service and staff at this hotel. Exceptional in every way. When I return, I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you for a memorable stay in Venice

We were in Venice for our daughter’s wedding and stayed here for a few nights before heading to the wedding venue hotel. Her engagement ring was stolen here from the safe. We think we know who did it, someone on staff. The General Manager took no responsibility, went so far as to suggest maybe the makeup artist did it, makeup artist who was putting on makeup on our daughter the entire time. Everyone else was amazing, and the hotel itself beautiful. So if nothing goes wrong, it’s a lovely stay. But definitely, do not put anything in the safe or leave anything valuable in the room, or trust the one with the safe key. Because we are pretty sure the hotel has kept this person on staff and remains at large. And do not expect for the hotel to take any responsibility if anything goes wrong. We are writing this review so it doesn’t happen again to another victim, and if it does, there is history documented. We’ve been to Venice many times, stayed at many places with zero issues. So I would highly suggest one of the other beautiful and SAFE places.
