From the moment we arrived, the team at VISTA Palazzo Lago di Como went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were greeted with a beautifully decorated room — complete with rose petals, orchids, and a birthday surprise for my fiancée — that immediately set the tone for a truly personalized and luxurious experience. The highlight of our stay was dinner at Sottovoce, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant. They arranged a stunning outdoor table overlooking Lake Como just in time for sunset. Watching the golden light dance on the water while sipping champagne was nothing short of magical. The chef’s surprise pairing menu was absolutely incredible — each course was thoughtfully presented and full of flavor. It was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Every detail — from the service to the ambiance to the food — was handled with care and elegance. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was a curated experience we’ll never forget. The service was so seamless and thoughtful it felt almost intuitive. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. You could tell this was new construction—everything felt pristine, elegant, and considered. Even the turn-down service was impeccable. And yes, the scent piped into the common areas? Spot on. Luxurious without being overbearing. The location is unbeatable—right in Como, yet peaceful. But the real surprise? The restaurant. We’ve traveled the world and dined at some of the most acclaimed places, but this may have been the best meal we’ve ever had. Bold flavors, inventive dishes, perfect execution. This is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. One that leaves you wanting to return the moment you leave. 10 out of 10. Easily.

We were here to burn a few Hilton points, in general we liked our stay. The room has a relaxing and upscale atmosphere and has good amount of luxury details. we also appreciated the hospitality and friendliness from the staffs. One thing disappointed us is the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel staff, Lo Storico. It was referred to as a good local non-touristy restaurant, but it was a total tourist trap. Perhaps your recommendations should be updated.
