Palazzo Viridis

a very nice hotel! loved the interior, the location and our room. the room is well sized for a couple, stylish, bathroom has all needed amenities. everything seems to be very new and very comfortable. the breakfast buffet is nicely served, the hotel is walkable from the city center. I would definitely recommend this property, however the service needs to be worked on. most of our stay was satisfying, the personnel was friendly and welcoming(big thanks to Ines, she was very professional and positive during our night check in!). but on our last night one of the front desk staff has let himself to be rude on our call, when we asked for a bottle of water, which was missing. basically he rejected to provide the included water( and there were some strange arguments literally “there is water in your room, its in the fridge(charged one). the bottle of water is not for drink, it is for espresso machine, so you have the water in the room its just refilled in the espresso machine(??? like why would it be there on our last night?), if you want to drink you take from the fridge!!!!” almost screaming. so there was no water in the espresso machine and why would it be. it was at night when nothing works, so we took the extra charge water and in the morning told the staff about the situation and it wasn’t charged. but we don’t pay the price for getting along with the rudeness whatever the reason would be(and specifically for no reason). the name of the night shift staff member as we were told was Antonio. hope this review brings some changes in order to improve the guest experience in this hotel, because the property is very nice and has a lot of potential to make the stay in Milan remembered.

Amazing, attentive and friendly staff throughout our whole stay. Beautifully presented rooms and an ideal location. A special mention to Tommaso, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly helpful from offering local dining recommendations to assisting with transport arrangements. His hospitality really stood out. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!

The hotel is located near the duomo di milano within walking distance, very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The toilet is also very good. The balcony is large, with a table and chairs to sit and eat something, very comfortable and relaxing. The room service is high quality. The service at the bar on the ground floor is also very enthusiastic when we borrowed tableware... It was really worth the 7 days here. This hotel is very new.
