Had great communication from the owner. Via Whatsapp. Quick replies and helped whenever I asked for something. Was greeted by a lady who couldn't speak/understand english but she was absolutely lovely and we were able to somehow communicate with each other and she looked after us. We stayed in the maisonette. The bathroom facilities weren't great but we didn't complain as we were able to use it. Couldn't go out on to the balcony. AC keeps the downstairs cold and reaches the bedroom slightly. No freezer just a fridge. No pots or pans to actually make anything on the hob. Coffee was provided. Smart tv. A very cute little place in a decent location. Walking distance to everywhere.

The room is air-conditioned, but only the upper area stays warm while downstairs remains very cold. Additionally, if you have young children, be cautious—the staircase to the upper level can be dangerous. Moreover, the area wasn’t thoroughly cleaned; the cleaning was either incomplete or merely superficial. Finally, the cleaning lady tried to overcharge me by demanding 50 euros for the tourist tax, which should only be 24 euros (with children being exempt), yet she insisted on collecting the higher amount.

The clowns that run this place thought it would be a great idea to cancel a room booked months in advance whilst we were on our flight from UK to Napoli. Imagine the feeling when checking your phone at the airport to find that you have nowhere to stay. Absolute shambles. No communication from the hotel. Avoid at all costs.
