Beautiful stylish rooms, very grand indeed, we stayed in the Francesco Lo Jacono room, beautiful style and the largest bed ever that has super comfy mattresses. The air conditioning was nice and quiet, a small fridge was also present. The bathroom was a delight, and the shower was very powerful. The suites are on the second floor so there are stairs, but there is also a very quaint old lift, just enough room for two and maybe a suitcase. The breakfast is wonderful, you can have sweet, savoury or a mix, we opted for a mix and they will also bring it to your room. The breakfast included, coffee, fruit juice, mozzarella, tomatoes, sliced french stick rounds, yogurts, Nutella, croissants, Melba toast and fresh diced melon. The historic centre is approx 8-10 min walk away..... Highly recommended for couples.

Didn't stay there due to plan changes, but was taken away by the kindness, responsiveness and flexibility of their management. Look forward to staying there sometime!

The Gustav Klimt room needed a good renovation I must say. A lot of the things are falling apart or are just dirty. The room smelled like dog and had a lot of dog hair. Probably from the last visitors. The terrace door did not close tightly so you had a feeling that Palermos streets were in the room. The staff was super friendly but a bit confused.
