The hotel is in a great location. The staff are so friendly and polite. The breakfast is excellent. We called the hotel the minute we arrived at the airport late at night. They said rooms are available. When we got to the hotel a little after midnight, a very friendly receptionist welcomed us and the check in was a matter of 2-3 minutes. The rooms are very spacious and the single bed is huge. The bathroom is also spacious with all the little things that make all the difference, even a dental kit and a shaving kit. Indeed a great hotel.
We had very nice holiday. The hotel was clean and amazing. Especially The October fest was perfect. The personal-Konul,Kamuran,Cansu were nice and attentive. Thanks for all. We come back
Ideal location, close to good and great coffee shops. However maintenance is a major problem. Lost hot water to the room for two days and not fixed. No one kept me informed and nothing seemed to be done
