Palette Emerald Guestimony

This stay was absolutely perfect! Everything from the room to the service was excellent, and I’m giving a full 5 stars for this visit. The new staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process super fast and smooth — a big improvement from my previous experience here. I have to mention that during my earlier visit, I faced a lot of disappointment — the check-in took too long, and the previous staff did not even allow us to access our fully paid, pre-booked room without unnecessary delays. Thankfully, this time was completely different. The warm welcome and efficiency of the current team made all the difference. Keep up the great work — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Property is clean and rooms are hygienic. Parveen mam at reception is very kind and receptive to any guests requests. She will be always smiling no matter if the guests are rude. Hotel has great neighborhood with seasons and amanora mall next door. Also the restaurant at ground floor serves great food and is pure veg.
