What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping—was incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. Stayed here for the second time. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is on point. No hassle in anything. Cooperative staff. Huge parking available. Situated amidst a huge market with almost all big brands. A wide number of amazing food options available at a walkable distance.

They've got a great location and outer space, but absolutely refuse to spend any money on maintenance, service or training their staff. Great facade with very low standards of customer service. The rooms are so old and outdated. We rented the most expensive suite room here for a wedding and the interiors left us in shock. The paint is peeling, the lighting is dingy, the balcony is full of pigeons and lizards, the toiletries are a disappointment, the phones don't work, and their housekeeping is as good as not getting your room cleaned at all. The second bathroom in our suite room was worse than something you'd see in a roadside motel. Their pillows are horrible and yellow and smell. And they even refuse to provide good extra blankets for the room. I have no idea how and why do they even call themselves a hotel anymore. AVOID THIS PLACE, especially for weddings and events!
