Amazing holiday!! I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews on this hotel BUT I do not have one complaint, the rooms are beautiful, the food was amazing! To the point where me and my partner would rather eat at the hotel, staff were very friendly, the jumbo club staff for activities in particular were great!! The entertainment was great, the jumbo club staff member made the effort all day!! Included all ages and NEVER a dull moment! Drinks were also great, loads of choice! Everything outside was also so clean and tidy we couldn’t of enjoyed it anymore!! We will definitely be back soon!!
A very late review but needed as we had a lovely holiday and it was very accessible for those who are disabled / have walking issues. We visited September 2023 in September. The hotel offered easy access for wheelchair users, ramps into and around stairs of the hotel and a chair lift into the dining area. Big main lift to the pool and all levels. Spacious hotel foyer and halls. Pool area was all flat and offered plenty of room to get around. The staff were exceptional, anytime I approached any stairs a security guard or staff member who was nearby offered to help. Kind, helpful and very welcoming. Always asking how my friend was and if they could do anything to help make our stay more comfortable. The location of the hotel is on a hill, but it’s only a short walk (10 minute walk) to the beach front. The food selection was excellent, different cuisines every day and food for those fussy and not so fussy. Snacks around the pool were great, burgers, hot dogs, salads and ice creams. Great choice of different drinks, cocktails, soft drinks. Think you had to pay for certain imported drinks but there was alot of choice of other beverages included in all inclusive. The pool was clean, the entertainment was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi very big, clean and great jets! The gym was basic but had everything I needed, you book an hour slot for yourself via a booking form which was easily done. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and lay by a pool but want the option of the beach then I really recommend this hotel. It was just what we needed! Thank you for being such a welcoming and accommodating hotel
Have stayed in this hotel for 7 days, it turned to be a little disappointment, I have been in several 3* hotels I Spain with better service and veriety ( specially food). The first two days I was not able to sleep as the air-conditioning was broken, it worked but made termendous noise and did not cool the room. As the air conditioning didn't work had to open the windows wat was a bad idea with the ammount of trafic during the night. Staff specialy the Jumbo team was very good with several activities during the day.
