Palihotel Westwood Village West Beverly Hills

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and after a recent 3-year break, I’m thrilled to say it’s just as exceptional as I remember. The rooms are beautifully designed with every thoughtful touch you could ask for—and let’s talk about those beds. Insanely comfortable. The showers have incredible water pressure, and it’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every person I interacted with at the front desk was genuinely kind and welcoming. A few even remembered my name in passing—small gesture, big impact. They anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask. And for my fellow coffee lovers: the 24/7 coffee and delicious breakfast treats are a total win. I’ll absolutely be back—and recommending this hotel to everyone I know.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, close to UCLA, with many food options nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The garden area is quiet and a nice place to relax. The breakfast and lobby area are clean and comfortable. The coffee is good, and the breakfast is fresh and tasty. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Vanessa was super sweet and kind. One of the receptionists, her name was Ito. She helped us figure out how to get to the Hollywood sign. She printed directions and explained how to use public transportation. Coming from New York, I wanted to try the local transit, and her help made it easy. This was my first visit to Los Angeles, and I felt welcomed. I would stay here again.

The hotel is extremely close to UCLA and offers a delightful experience with its wonderful soap and lotion amenities. I always choose to stay there whenever we're in town. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, and there's a lovely restaurant nearby. We enjoy strolling around the town during our visits!
