Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires MGallery Collection

I had a business trip to Buenos Aires and enjoyed my stay. The service was excellent and the staff made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. The room and balcony were a good size and the views to the city from the room were great. There was an issue with our HVAC unit making noise but we were moved to another room with no issue. All of the staff were all great and made the stay easy and enjoyable. It is rare I take the time to fill in reviews, but I liked it enough to spend the time to share that I had a good experience and will recommend this hotel, and would plan to stay here again for any future visits to Buenos Aires.

An exceptional hotel made all the more pleasant by the staff who were attentive friendly and helpful. The staff who serviced our room were so thoughtful and went beyond normal service to make our stay comfortable. The front desk staff helped us with excursions and always greeted us with a smile. The bar staff were excellent and the staff waiting on us in the restaurant were also excellent. The food in the hotel was superb.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Palladio of Buenos Aires. The rooms are very comfortable and quite large. We also enjoyed our view from the balcony of the lovely park in front. In addition, the service at the hotel is incomparable, the front desk staff were attentive and even offered us late check out because we had an evening flight back to the states. The bartender, Juan, is an expert mixologist and made some amazing cocktails. The food at the hotel restaurant Negresco is also excellent and we enjoyed many meals there during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel!
