Great location and great rates but what made it an exceptional experience was the staff. Friendly, helpful, and the owner was on site. I will definitely come back. They have customer service figured out.
Stayed for 3 nights. Great location near the old town, within walking distance of many great museums, restaurants and cafés. There is a lift if you are carrying heavy luggage. The rooms are appropriately sized and clean, with basic amenities such as a hairdryer, mini fridge, etc. The central air conditioning is not turned on for certain seasons, though the rooms on the 3rd floor have their own dedicated a/c units. Room 302 has a balcony.
Didn't like the hotel much. Room was a bit strange and some things were not working properly or needed a bit of force to operate them (door / shower / aircon)
