Really nice hotel overall I would highly recommend, the food is better than a 5 star hotel I stayed at last year, all very nice and fresh and has a good choice but not overwhelming. The staff were perfect all really attentive and wanted to help, made a real fuss of our 1 year old, especially Meliza and Antonia in the restaurant. The sea view from our room and the restaurant is stunning and never had anything like it. The cleaners made our room perfect everyday. The pool area is lovely and always has sun beds available. All inclusive drinks are good, missing a few cocktails etc but wasn’t too bothered. The night time entertainment is good, has a really good gym on-site which is worth mentioning.

Palladium Hotel Menorca is a pleasant place, with a small adults-only pool and friendly staff. It’s perfect for a few relaxing, peaceful days. The food is good, though not very varied, and at peak times the restaurant can get quite busy. The all-inclusive drink selection is fairly basic. The hotel is not located in one of the island’s main tourist areas, which makes it very calm and quiet, ideal if you're looking to truly unwind. If you're looking for a peaceful stay with good hotel facilities, I definitely recommend it.

Excellent high quality refurbished hotel with excellent pool area. No sunbed reservations at this hotel. Lovely childrens pool with small slide and palm tree fountain. The buffet was good except breakfast was repetitive and some cuts of meat were not the best. The bed is a super king and is huge but pillows weren't great. It is a little restricted with a child so bear that in mind. The AI package is limited compared to some hotels with lots of extras and not many cocktails. The hotel does suffer from low staffing levels at bars and in the buffet. We waited a long time for drinks with the evening meal. The other negative was the air con across the hotel which was poor and couldn't cope with the hot weather. The room temp was probably hovering around 23-24c rather than the 18c it said on the air con. The buffet and entertainment areas were also quite warm. Location and resort is good, just bear in mind it is on a hill, but the views are superb.
