Palladium Hotel

We had an exceptional stay at Palladium in Mykonos! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and memorable. Thanos at the front desk was especially wonderful—his warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for one night, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The team also helped us book fantastic dinner reservations, recommended popular spots and arranged a scooter rental so we could explore the island, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. They provided complimentary airport and ferry pick-up/drop-off, and when we didn’t feel like taking the scooter, they kindly called transportation for us or offered complimentary drop-offs to the nearby beach area. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive and genuinely kind. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had—highly recommend!

The view was absolutely breathtaking — the kind that makes you stop, take a deep breath, and just soak it all in. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean — from the rooms to the public areas, you could tell that great attention was given to every little detail. And breakfast? Just wow. Rich, varied, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Every bite was a delight. But the true highlight? The staff. Warm, welcoming, genuinely kind people who go above and beyond to make your stay special. We've honestly never encountered such gracious and friendly service. In short — a perfect experience. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate for a second. We’re already counting the days until we can come back!

The staff at the reception area were fantastic with getting us checked in, providing hotel information, and making sure we were comfortable with absolutely everything. The bus driver picked us up at the airport and provided information about our surroundings as we drove to the hotel. He made himself available whenever we needed him. He was limited to where he could drop us off, airport or port areas. The bell boy grabbed our bags and took them to our rooms while we were going through everything with our concierge. He also grabbed the bags from our rooms and loaded them into the van when it was time to leave. The hotel is a beautiful place. The pool was not ready because of the recent bad rains they experienced. We wanted to do massages but communication was not the best getting back to us. We made other plans by the time we were contacted. I am sure once the busy tourist season starts, we were early, it will improve. The restaurant, food, and staff involved were excellent and attentive to us. I would return to the hotel, we felt it was an excellent location for us. I do not think I would want to be very close to the Little Venice area, especially once the season ramps up.
