First, don't confuse this with the very close other Marriott. This is a clean, fresh, hotel with kitchens, adequate free breakfast, nice pool, good lobby to relax in and watch TV, clean self laundry, spacious and a welcoming, friendly staff. I suspect the negative comments may be for the other hotel. All I can say is our experience for a week was relaxing and comfortable.
The front staff are exceptionally nice at this hotel; however, after notifying the staff 3 days in a row, I concluded my visit with no hot water in my shower. There was a clear issue with the mechanics of the shower valve. I’m not sure if maintenance ever attempted to correct as I was never notified but I never received hot water. The hotel is clean and a great place to stay in the past but I just couldn’t overlook this. One suggestion is to maybe offer a room change if hot water issues are identified.
Not gonna lie I felt so disappointed with my experience here. The AC in my room didn’t get cold at all, It stayed at like 80% the whole night I could not even sleep went to the front desk attendant and he said “the AC will adjust to my body temperature” like what? That does not even make sense. Then I went to the restaurant and they’re gonna tell me that I need to leave my CARD BEFORE I ORDER MY FOOD. I was the only one at the restaurant and I LITERALLY HAVE A ROOM FOR THE WEEK!!!! Honestly felt profiled the whole time I was here. Would not recommend.
