Palm Beach Hotel and Bungalows

WONDERFUL hotel experience. The staff is truly amazing. Please pass on to them that their smiles, their greetings, their friendliness and their commitment to quality service is truly remarkable. I cannot say enough good things about the people who make The Palm Beach Hotel very special. Thank you for such a fantastic time. You have a great hotel and team.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel, 2 nights in superior garden view room and other 3 nights in superior sea view room. Everything was almost perfect, staffs were friendly, all facilities were great. However the wall between the rooms was so thin you could hear people talking! We requested to upgrade our room to superior sea view, unfortunately it didn't help. To be fair, that's the only down side of the hotel.

While the staff is friendly and very helpful, there is little that you can do about the management of the individual units, it is a Jack-in-the-Box. The first time we had a great unit very nicely done by an owner, the second time we had a managed unit by a company with numerous issues including a shower that did not work, a bath tub from the 60s that was barely hanging on, you basically took a shower in standing water since most of the water was going to the faucet not the shower. You really felt like you needed another shower to clean up from the first shower. So the first was a 4 star, and the second was a 1 star, so we'll go with an average of 3. Good Luck!
