Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas

Our go to family vacation destination for 20+ years! Facility is classic, clean and well maintained. Location is accessible and beach/ocean is phenomenal. Always added perks of turtle nesting and hatching in season, snorkeling offshore, and seashell hunting. Pool area and Tiki Hut is also high quality. The people are the icing on the cake. Not only is the Staff kind and helpful, but there is usually a kindness and community spirit among the guests that you don’t always find at similar resorts. Enjoy!

I’ve been visiting this place since I was a baby. Hasn’t changed too much, but I did note that towel services/housekeeping has changed slightly. Sometimes they’ll bring towels, toilet paper, etc. Sometimes they won’t. It didn’t bother me, but it did bother my family. I also know that the people who take care of the hotel are human and can’t tend to everyone’s needs at the same time. Overall, I enjoyed my experience(s) here. I look forward to returning next summer. There’s a bunch of birds that hang out at the tiki bar that a fun to watch. They’re so smart.

First let me state the staff at this hotel are exceptional. We were always made to feel welcome from check in to the dining room. My biggest issue is I paid $317 a night for an ocean view room. This was not the case unless you looked to your left beyond the parking lot and dumpster. For that kind of money I honestly expected more of a view. We never saw any room service for more towels or anything. There was no TV and they advertise premium channels. We couldn't get anything to come up at all. That wasn't the worst since it gave us time to spend as a family, but it would have been nice for the littles. The drinks were expensive and not great. Nothing was like what we saw in the photos of the drinks. I don't think I would go back for the amount of money I paid for that room.
