Palm Dor Hotel

We've just left Palm d'Or, we had a lovely time. The hotel was in a very quiet location and only had about 12 guests staying. The hotel has just had a refurb. Everything is freshly painted and bathrooms refurbished. All new air conditioning. New beds with brand new sheets. The quiet location suited us, a 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to all the shopping and bars etc. The staff didn't speak much English, but were very helpful and friendly . The food was fantastic 😋 really fresh . I'd totally recommend and hope to return later in the year.

a very bad hotel. we are currently staying at this hotel. staff is very unfriendly, slides go out in the afternoon they promise mountains of gold but have nothing at all no fitness room playground is among the weeds there is no disco food is the same every day and is not at all European swimming pool closes at half past seven and you are actually sent out of the pool. late breakfast is until half past 11, but at 10 o'clock everything is gone and closed, even around the end of meal times, the staff starts making a lot of noise and the lights go out! the hotel is very bad! we wanted to take a shower, had no hot water, called reception, had to wait an hour, was too busy at the moment. this is really not possible

Very poor hotel if you are looking for a all inclusive hotel don't come to this hotel poor food options no snacks as suggested on there information sheet drinks are very limited and only one bar out of 3 is being used one larger,vodka,gin and whisky .cola or sprite no cocktails included you would have to pay £5.20 each for those and not made with proper fresh fruit juice as they should be ! WiFi is not included in your room or anywhere around the hotel only free WiFi in the lobby where the air-conditioning is not working the pool is to hot as they don't freshen the water and not enough chlorine in the water also the fitness area doesn't exist the health spa is closed down no shops open either this hotel needs a lot of money spending on it ! The staff are hard Working but no English at all considering they on average they do 60hours a week and only get 20,000tl a month which is around £463 a month which is a joke ! Apparently a a 4star hotel well it certainly is not !
