Palm Garden Beach Resort and Spa

This was our second time here at palm Garden Resort. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow which was just amazing. We opened our back door and the beach is 50 metres away with sunbeds and towels. The room was clean ,spacious and very well maintained, they are serviced daily . As for the pool area, just amazing, massive pool with different depths for everyone in the family including a heavenly spa. The area is spacious, quiet and very relaxing .The pool water is beautiful and warm, for those who don't like the warm pool you can go across to the beach which is a 2min walk. Staff were fantastic, friendly and very attentive. A special mention for Mr Vy who made our stay exceptional, he went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay . Such a friendly, kind, and helpful gentleman. Mr Vy and my husband Vic enjoyed playing darts together in the games room. Mr Vy is definitely an asset to the resort. A couple of other mentions also with the staff, Mr Ty the coconut man who took us to cut our own coconuts from the tree, it was an amazing experience. Mr Viet and Mr Long who were two lifeguards at the pool and beach . Such friendly, happy and kind men who also did amazing work. See you all soon, we will definitely return. Sharon & Vic Vella 😊

On arrival with my 90 year old mother they had her booked on the second floor with only a stair case. They promptly change her to a ground floor room big tick. In my room my air-conditioning started blowing warm air.i reported the issue and was immediately acted on and repaired. Food is great and the only hotel I have stayed so far that serve you a western coffee at breakfast with no charge big tick. A suggestion to the hotel is to open a sports bar in the complex as westerners enjoy there sports and this would save a trip into town. Overall would definitely return nice facilities and there number one asset is there helpful and friendly staff. Giles Australia

Mr. Dung ensured we have a pleasant stay and was very accommodating! They also prepared a birthday surprise for my wife. Will definitely stay longer next time! Place is well maintained and staff are very accommodating. Worth the price!
