After recently staying at Palm Hotel in Kusadasi, I would highly rate this Hotel to stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable and close to amenities and great location and view of the beach. Found staff to be professional, were very helpful and friendly. A great selection of various foods served at breakfast and had a nice pool. Thank you all, we really enjoyed our stay!! This hotel is in an excellent location, everything is on your doorstep! The staff are lovely, so helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. There is a lovely terrace area where you can have your cup of coffee in the morning and look out onto the marina. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Turkey 🇹🇷
This hotel is just horrible in one word. I changed the room as the first room lost electric power. Even though I reported it in the morning, it was not set right even after we came back in the evening. They gave another room. It has no hit water supply. No tea and electric kettle in the room. The only good thing is that there is a building, and it is very well located. All rooms have a sea view. And that is all. Nobody picks up the phone in the lobby. No way you can get a bottle of water. You need to go out and walk 50 m to buy it. This hotel just does not give/sell drinking water. WiFi fails. It has been a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
