Very good hotel in a good location, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is top. There are couple of things which requires improvement and attention. 1. The rooms didn't have any drinking water. 2. The rooms didn't have a tea/coffee maker 3. The rooms didn't have any dustbin 4. The bathroom sink tap were lose, broken and leaking 5. The plug sockets are not EU friendly, you will need a adaptor to use the plugs. Best Wishes

Large and always clean rooms. Good Swedish table breakfast. But the service was horrible. It can happen that they'll forget to give you toilet paper (and it did), no problem. It can happen that your room card will stop working (and it did, no problem). Just that by reception, instead of sth like "sorry for inconvenience", you'll hear "thank you". We were getting breakfast for take away. All vegetarian. We got all sandwiches with ham. We were leaving later then most of the group, so two take away breakfasts were supposed to be waiting longer. Reception had no idea about it. Impressive hotel for this price and very nice stay, but service people are mistake.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction following my two-day stay at the Palm Menara hotel in Marrakech, from February 17 to 19, 2024. During my first night in room 201, on the second floor, I was greatly disturbed by a horrible, incessant noise emanating from the room above ours from noon to 6am. This noise greatly hindered our rest, both for me and for my mother. I contacted the receptionist four times (at noon, 3 a.m., 4 a.m. and 5 a.m.) to report this inconvenience and request a change of room. During the first call, I was informed that a room change was not possible until the next day. On the second call, I was informed that all rooms were occupied (I checked Booking and found that there were still rooms available for the same night!). It was only on the third call that I found that there were indeed rooms available, but I was then advised that they will speak directly to the occupants of the room above. It turned out that this room was occupied by five children aged 12-15, with no adult supervision!! Additionally, the children's father came to contact me the next day to discuss this incident, even though he was outside the hotel. This external intrusion raises questions about security and customer management in the establishment. I handed a letter to the receptionist without receiving a response until today. There was no one else to contact, no director or manager available. In addition, I deplore the inadequate management of the situation by the receptionist who should have offered us another room for that night. Furthermore, I question the legitimacy of leaving five children alone in a room without the presence of a responsible adult.
