Palm Plaza Marrakech Hotel & Spa

Beautiful hotel next to the mall and not too far from Medina. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very well air conditioned. They have excellent breakfast and dinner included in stay. Better than 5 star all inclusive hotels.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Palm Plaza Hotel in Marrakesh at the end of our vacation, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Abdel, who was incredibly helpful and ensured a smooth arrival. He guided us to speak with the guest relations team, specifically Nadine, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. After learning we had just returned from an exhausting trip to the Sahara Desert, Nadine took the initiative to accommodate all our needs and made us feel truly cared for. We were placed in a beautiful suite selected by the hotel team, which was not only spacious and well-appointed but also perfectly suited for a restful and luxurious experience. We felt that every effort was made to ensure our comfort. Another special thank you goes to Ouafae from the guest relations team, who was equally kind and attentive. She, along with Nadine, ensured that every request we had was met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication were truly appreciated and made a lasting impression on us. The hotel’s amenities also contributed to the exceptional experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, including an omelet station and delicious Moroccan specialties. It was the perfect way to start each day. Even after check-out, the hotel continued to impress us. They kindly stored our luggage, and allowed us to enjoy the pool and facilities while we waited for our late flight—this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and added a final touch of generosity to our stay. Thanks to the entire Palm Plaza team, the final days of our vacation were truly memorable. We will certainly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, and we will always look back on our time here with great fondness. Thank you for making the end of our trip so special!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception and buffet staff were unpleasant, rude, and at times outright disrespectful. The hotel rooms are poorly maintained there was visible green mold on the walls, dusty carpets, and even large cockroaches roaming around, which is completely unacceptable given the price range. During our stay, my friends and I became severely ill, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. As for the location the hotel is very close to the airport, so expect to hear up to four loud planes passing by every hour, even at night. I found this extremely disruptive and unsettling. Additionally, it's important to note that burkinis are not allowed in the swimming pools, making this hotel unsuitable and not inclusive for hijabis or anyone who prefers modest swimwear. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet is fairly well-rounded. The outdoor green spaces are well-maintained and offer a relaxing place to walk and unwind aswell as some indoor areas like the reception. And lastly unlike the rest of the staff the cleaning ladies are well mannered and helpful. But overall, I’m deeply disappointed and will not be returning. I do not recommend this hotel to others.
