I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My favorite part was definitely the view from the balcony — absolutely stunning! | also want to highlight the excellent service I received from Valentina; she was kind, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I have been in the real estate and customer service industry for 30 years now. I always provided our customers will incredible customer service and was on call for them 24/7. However, as a customer of a hotel (and I travel a lot now that I’m retired), I have NEVER experienced such incredible customer service from one individual. When I arrived at the hotel seeking accommodations, he quickly came to my calling and was excited to greet me and welcome me to the hotel. He explained the rooms and pricing, etc. and I booked the room. I will be speaking with the manager tomorrow morning to not only get a price for an entire month, but to try and do anything I can to help Tomas get the recognition that he so well deserves! Truly amazing experience with him. 🙏🏼 The rooms are fantastic for a GREAT price, have balconies, super clean, plenty of parking, and a restaurant with AMAZING FOOD! Thanks again, Tomas! You’re a young, energetic professional that is DEFINITELY going places in life! GOOD FOR YOU! 💪🏼 God bless you and your loved ones! 🙏🏼
We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Miami, and overall, it was a mixed experience, with some genuinely great features but also some frustrating issues that affected our stay. The Pros: The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful pool that overlooks the ocean. One of the highlights was being able to swim even late in the evening, which added a relaxing touch to our nights. The atmosphere throughout the property is cozy and laid-back, and having a supermarket just around the corner made things very convenient. Parking is free, which is a rare and welcome perk in Miami. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we’d especially like to mention Maggie from the night shift, who went above and beyond for us. The beach club throws great parties (note: entry fees are not included), and the on-site food was genuinely enjoyable. The Cons: Sadly, the biggest downside was housekeeping. As other reviews also mentioned, rooms are only cleaned every third day (a questionable policy to begin with) but even that wasn’t honored. On the third day, we reminded the front desk to ensure our room would be cleaned. The staff member at reception was rude and visibly annoyed, but she confirmed it would be taken care of. Nothing happened. In fact, we ended up waiting four days before our room was finally cleaned, meaning that during our seven-night stay, the room was cleaned just once. To make matters worse, after requesting fresh towels, we returned to find the room door left open, and inside was a half-drunk paper cup of coffee, most likely left behind by a staff member. This felt like a serious breach of both hygiene and security. When we reported the issue to the morning receptionist, Norma, she was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no real concern. Thankfully, Maggie from the night shift took our concerns seriously, contacted the manager, and helped resolve the situation. The manager apologized and offered us a refund for one night along with a complimentary lunch the following day, which we appreciated. Also worth mentioning: because the hallways are open-air, we frequently saw lots of ants, bees, and even cockroaches, so it’s important to keep the door closed tightly. Lastly, the paid coffee machine served very weak, tasteless coffee, which was disappointing considering the otherwise decent food.
