Great location close to the sea and Hamra shopping street. Beautiful spacious lobby and very clean, spacious rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. I would like to thank all the staff and the manager for a relaxing stay.

Location is great near the central city and Hamra Street , Receptionist were polite and helpful , overall cleanness was poor with no regular daily cleaning only upon request, electric cuts daily for 2 hours morning time but wasn't an issue , there were no hair dryers , No irons , not enough soap or shampoo. Breakfast was very poor. Was not a great value for the amount you pay.

This hotel was a complete disaster. The room service and cleanliness were not up to the standards. The rooms were filthy, with blankets full of stains, dirt and hair. They claim to clean and prepare the rooms, but when you enter, the floors are wet, and there’s a strong smoke smell, even though smoking is prohibited. One good thing about the hotel was that the staff were nice and respectful, but were unable to provide with solutions We tried to address the issue by calling the staff multiple times, they admitted to the mistakes, However, they were unsuccessful in addressing the smoking smell. Overall, it was a horrible experience. When you stay in a hotel, you expect to have a relaxing, pleasant experience. However this experience left me feeling disappointed and disgusted. There are many other hotels in the area that offer better quality and experiences. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price; you get what you pay for. Pay a bit more and actually enjoy your stay somewhere else
