The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. The pool is absolutely amazing, providing a wonderful spot to relax. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to all major sightseeing attractions. Although there is no direct beach access, you can enjoy views of it from your room. The food served at the hotel is perfect, adding to the overall experience.
Wonderful Stay – Great Value for Money I truly enjoyed my stay at Palma Hotel. The pool atmosphere was relaxing, and the breakfast selection was satisfying. The suite offered a beautiful view, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The à la carte restaurant was also impressive — especially the Neapolitan pizza, which was simply excellent 👌. The hotel is far from downtown so it is quiet and close to the beach for customers to enjoy. The reception staff was cheerful and friendly. My room was clean and spacious, with many commodities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, kitchenware, big TV and large desk. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. The hotel has two swimming pools. Towels are provided and customers can order snacks and drinks from a small kiosk. Customers can also rent a bicycle to exercise around the property. To sum up my experience at Palma Hotel, I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Port Said for business or pleasure.
