Hotel is cosy. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Really large selection for breakfast. All hotel is clean. Rooms are clean each day and each day we had new towels. During 3 first days our air conditioning was broken (37 degrees oitside). On 4th day it started work properly. Clean pool, in the deepest point it was 140 cm deep. Sun loungers around pool. Weak dryer in the bathroom - only for thin or short hair. For long and thick hair, it is better to take your own. Anyway, one of the best hotel I’ve ever been. Really worth it.

Brilliant stay here, loved it. A huge thank you to Emilio the receptionist who was really fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. He is a credit to the hotel!

Booked a massage here. When I arrived 5 minutes before, the receptionist (older lady with glasses) informed me abruptly and rudely that as they didn’t have my name they gave my appointment to someone else, despite the fact that I had provided all information requested when booking. She did not even apologize, and even told me that I should have called them 10 minutes before to check my booking. Absurd - never experienced such poor customer service in all of Lago di Garda. Customer care training needed. A simple apology and an offer to rebook would have sufficed to save the situation. I will not be going back.
