My stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by an extremely polite, attentive, and helpful team. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff — they are truly a 10 out of 10! Always friendly, available, and ready to assist with genuine kindness. Every team member showed great care and attention to detail. The room was beautiful, very well-lit, cozy, and absolutely a 10! Everything was spotless, and the toiletries had a lovely fragrance — I loved every detail. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail. A wonderful experience! Just as a suggestion to make things even better: it would be helpful to have clearer internal maps or signage, as the hotel is quite large and I got lost a couple of times. Also, having a small sign next to the room phone with useful numbers like reception would be great. I had an amazing two-day stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended — congratulations to the entire team for the outstanding work!

Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff throughout our stay at the hotel! We were greeted warmly everywhere in the hotel and felt very welcomed. We cannot speak highly enough about Mr Nikos. He was funny and gave great advice about the food on offer. Plenty of activities in between the hotel, right next to the sea with a fantastic view. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa in Crete! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and all the staff were super friendly and polite. The food was honestly incredible – something different every day with loads of variety, so there’s definitely something for everyone. Breakfast was the only thing that stayed the same (the usual eggs, beans, bacon, hashbrowns), but they also had fresh fruit, cereals, and the pancakes and waffles were so good. The desserts were out of this world – not only delicious but beautifully presented too. The bar was another highlight – the bartender made one of the best mojitos I’ve ever had, and his signature cocktail was absolutely perfect. Just be aware that not all alcoholic drinks are included in the all-inclusive package – cocktails and premium spirits are an extra charge, which is worth noting. If you have a late flight after check-out, the hotel provides a luggage room, showers, and toilets so you can freshen up before you leave – a really thoughtful and helpful touch. Only downsides: the pool is very small (we didn’t use it at all), and our room, while clean, was quite tiny – more like a single than a double. That said, everything else was fantastic. The location is ideal – right on the main strip of Hersonissos, surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and clubs. During the day, there are plenty of sunbeds by the beach available to rent just across the road. Would definitely recommend – great food, great atmosphere, and great mojitos!
