Our experience was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and big. Though a bit far from the town, understandably so. They provide shuttle services to town and back at certain times of the day. Spacious hotel with accessible entrance. Large parking space for cars. The reception team was polite and very helpful. Special thanks to the team for helping with a surprise birthday cake for my wife. The hotel has several amenities to make your stay a pleasant one. These include bars, restaurants, cold and warm outdoors swimming pool, warm indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, spa, gym, souvenir shops, halls for events, and golf course. The restaurant serves multiple courses of local and international dishes as well as drinks. There is also a vegan menu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this hotel.

The cleaner was brilliant Bahia she mad everything clean and beautiful. The staff in the bars are very slow and you get a very minutes choice of alcohol in all inclusive. It’s not a European 5 star hotel. More like a 3.5. The entertainment staff are brilliant Hind, Hamza and Ismail were great. The guest relations guy was fantastic and really wanted to help. Food is good we were pleased with that. Italian restaurant has a lot of Gorgonzola in everything

Definitely not 5 star hotel. I would say it’s a 3 star hotel considering they don’t provide cold bottled water, drink options are limited and time bound, food options are limited, 2 small pools, air conditioning is not the greatest. Empty fridge in the bedroom. For a 5 star hotel I expect to be provided with; bath robes, slippers, large towels in the bedroom, floss, disposable shower mittens, canned drinks in the fridge that are stocked up daily, iron/ iron board in all rooms, working air conditioning and a variety of food/ drink options that are unlimited. Having said that the hotel is a 25 drive from the town centre, and they do provide a free shuttle bus service 4xs a day that takes you to the markets. Staff are somewhat helpful. If you’re someone who wants to go on holiday and doesn’t want to stress about the lack of something or intend to spend the whole day in the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place. However, if your just looking for a place to stay it will do. Please note they charge ridiculous prices for spa facilities etc and excursions. If you explore around you will find it significantly cheaper and with better facility.
