AMAZING breakfast. service was so good and the staff were so friendly. A little bit rundown but all in all served the job :)
Our stay at Palmeto Village was extremely disappointing. The overall conditions were terrible. The shower gel smelled like something had died, and we barely had any hot water during our entire stay. The doors didn’t close properly, there were holes in the floor, and the bed sheets were stained. The deck by the pool was falling apart, and the sunbeds were worn out and uncomfortable. But the worst part was the lack of basic service. We specifically asked the staff to call us a taxi for 9:30 AM so we could catch the 10 AM ferry. They didn’t even attempt to call until 9:50 AM – by then, it was too late and we missed our ferry. A truly unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.
The place is shaggy, it needs renovation, the price is high, we booked from booking where the pictures and reviews look good, but when you get there you are shocked.. the place is overall dirty and looks like the owner does not care at all, maybe a few years back when it was new it was nice place.. but now it’s just not looked after !! There is no tv and the decking is broken and everything is outdated. The owner is also absent .. the only good thing is the personal who is helpful and careful. I would give 1 star to it … its nothing like 4
